Thin Places

Thin Places is an ecumenical newsletter with a particular interest in the contemplative spiritual journey (mailed free to all who request to receive it). Current and back issues are also available here online.

As many will remember, “thin places” is an early Celtic Christian metaphor for those times or places when the boundary between the sacred and the everyday feels “thin,” when God’s presence is more strongly felt.

We particularly welcome the opportunity to mail copies of each issue to all who ask. Now in its 13th year, more than 2,000 readers—ranging from Mennonites and Quakers to Episcopalians and Catholics—receive Thin Places free of charge via mail or email.
